1. Sift the flour with baking powder in a bowl. Set aside. 2. Whisk the egg and add in sugar. Mix well till sugar dissolved. 3. Pour the milk and melted butter into the egg and sugar, mix well. 4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together. Do not over mix. 5. Heat oil in HCP. (I pour just enough oil to cover the pan) 6. Once the oil is hot enough, spoon 1/2 tbsp of batter in to fry donuts. 7. Once the donuts turn golden brown, remove from heat and place on cooling rack. 8. (Optional) Once cooled, sprinkle some choco/matcha/cinnamon powder (mix with powdered sugar) on the donuts and served.
