A smooth fusion of textures and flavours with mandarin segments soaked in honey and citronella, enveloped in the sweetness of Grand Cru Dulsão do Brasil. Let yourself be swept away by this light, exotic treat.
Ingredient and Portion
1 capsule of Dulsão do Brasil Grand Cru
4 leaves of lemongrass
2 teaspoons of honey
1 sheet of gelatin
2 mandarines
Ice cubes
Method
1. Cut the lemongrass and put them into a teapot add some hot water, a teaspoon of honey and the gelatin.
2. Let it rest for a few minutes.Peel the mandarine and put the slices on the bottom of the glass.
3. Press the other mandarine.
4. Add 5 or 6 ice cubes in the lemongrass infusion until melting.
5. Pour the infusion into the Aeroccino milk frother (use the COLD function).
6. Prepare the capsule of Dulsão do Brasil in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz).
7. Pour the espresso in the shaker, add some honey and the mandarine juice and 5 or 6 icecubes.
8. Shake it well.
9. Pour into the glass and add the milkfroth on top.
