12 King Size Prawns (shelled, deveined) 1 egg white 1 cup plain flour 1 cup of roasted almond nuts Oil for deep drying
Wasabi Mayo Mixture 3 tablespoon of Mayonnaise 2 tablespoon of Condensed Milk 1 teaspoon Wasabi Paste (you can add more if you prefer a stronger kick) 1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
Method
1. Coat prawns with egg white and cornflour evenly. 2. Deep fry prawns until crispy. Drain on paper towel. 3. Mix the wasabi, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. 4. Add the mixture into the wok to warm up. 5. Toss the deep fried prawns with wasabi mixture until evenly coated. 6. Finally, top with roasted almond nuts and serve immediately.
