1 head of Lettuce 1 each of Red, Yellow & Green Capsicum 1 packet (200g) Shiitake Mushroom 3 Carrots 3 big Onions 2 packets of Wraps

5 Basil Leaves (optional) Cracked Black Pepper
Method
Method:
1. Cut all into cubes except the lettuce & the wraps.
2. Stir-fry Onions, Shiitake Mushroom & Carrots with a little oil, add cracked Black Pepper & Basil Leaves (Note: no need to add salt when Basil Leaves are added)
3. Slightly steam the Wraps to soften them.
4. Gather everyone at the table & start wrapping!

Tips: 1. No need to add salt when Basil Leaves are added. 2. If not used to eat raw capsicums, add them into the stir-fry. 3. For meat lovers, just add grounded beef, minced meat or thin slices of chicken into the stir-fry. 4. Reduce portions to serve as snacks.
