I brought friends from overseas to Yum Cha @ Chinatown to (1) Let them sightsee and shop around Chinatown and (2) let them taste the difference between dimsum in Singapore and HongKong. I liked the lotus paste bun and Char Siew Chee Cheong Fun, which is roast meat wrapped in rice noodles. The other dishes were not impressive. The place was also rather cramped and noisy but thats the trademark of an authentic dimsum restaurant i guess. For all tourists, this do not leave Singapore without trying

For all tourists, this do not leave Singapore without trying our version of dimsum, though to be honest, there are probably other restaurants offering better tasting dimsum.
