I had Zhou's Kitchen lunch buffet that day. The restaurant was very quiet on a weekday afternoon. Only a few tables were occupied. There was a menu of items to order as part of the buffet and some self-service items too. The menu consisted of main dishes like meat, fish, seafood and vegetables while the self-service items consisted of some dim sum items and dessert. I really loved their fried bringals with pork floss and ordered two portions of it! The bringals were fried very well, it did not
