Caesars Pub Wine and Oyster Bar (Closed)

The first thing about Caesars is you have to know that though the name of the place is Caesars Wine and Oyster bar, they DO NOT serve oysters. Which is quite dumb. It is visited mostly by men, probably due to the skimpily dressed waitresses? When I stepped into Caesars, I found the place populated by men taking advantage of the 1 for 1 Tiger Beer promotion they had on. In my opinion, there is really nothing attractive about this place other than that 1 for 1 deal. It does have a pool table which
