Had dinner at Ambush last week with my friends! We ordered the Mesclun salad with salmon belly. It was served with a generous portion of fillets. The salmon belly was warm too. The salmon belly was very well prepared and was middle rare. It was so good it was practically oozing with flavours with every bite of the salmon. Yums.
