This is my first time trying out this ' Dosai' and 'Paper Masala Dosai'. Dosai is really crispy and soft when you bite on it. As for the Paper Masala, It is stuffed with mixture of mashed potatoes, onions and green peas, tempered with spices mustard seeds and curry leaves. It also served with three different types of sauces. This is a perfect blend of flavors, seasoning, nutritional , fragrance, taste, and visual appeal of Indian delicacy.Overall, i would say that it taste not too bad. I would r
