Royal Copenhagen is located at the 2nd floor of Takashimaya, i cant believed that i have always missed it. they served really great food there. i ordered the Tuna with caviar sandwich, it is not like the normal sandwich we always eat, it's bottom layer is bread, lettuce, followed by tuna and mayo and on top is the black caviar. the tuna and mayo are very tasty topped with the caviar, it really brings out the flavour. i had some problems eating it cos the lettuce is very fragile and the prawn and
the Prawn with caviar sandwich is as good as the tuna with caviar sandwich. the prawn version uses orange caviar and purple lettuce. the entire appearance itself look just simply delicious. the prawn is fresh and succulent, u can just taste the sweetness by taking one bite.
the Blueberry Cheesecake is just so rich and cheesy. the blueberry lined the top of the cake, so sweet and yummy. as a whole the cake is not too sweet which is a good thing. i really like the generosity of the blueberries. very worth the money
the Spinach Quiche is really good too! not too salty yet the taste of spinach blended with the cheesy taste, makes it really good and delicious.
lastly the Plum & Prunes Cake is OMG delicious. a sweet dessert. they are very generous with the fruits. the cake isnt too sweet just the right taste.
the view outside the window is amazing, u can see the orchard road! can be a place to bring a date too! or simply just chill out with friends.
