Brought a plate of mixed rice including long beans, fried beancurd and stingray. What so wonderful about this stall is that it is the only stall in Singapore Polytechnic foodcourt that offers stingray as part of the side dish. Brought a plate of mixed rice including long beans, fried beancurd and stingray.
What so wonderful about this stall is that it is the only stall in Singapore Polytechnic foodcourt that offers stingray as part of the side dish. As for the taste of the stingray, it was cooked with a sweet and spicy flavour. It was fully cooked, soft and tender meat. The size of the stingray is also acceptable. Secondly, the fried beancurd was cooked with a sweet and spicy flavour. The gravy was spicy and the taste was unique and goes well with the rice. Although the skin was no longer crispy, but still taste very good. Lastly, the long beans is a commonly found is all mixed rice stall. As for the taste, it was just nice, not too salty nor bland, nice texture not too hard nor soft.
Overall, a rare stall that sell stingray and is a must try if you like stingray. Price is also very reasonable and is worth the price.
