Whenever my friends need a recommendation on restaurants, I know they will never go wrong with Tao's. For all the times I've visited (~10 times), I've always been offered attentive and thoughtful service. The food is consistent and there is value for money at about $23 for 6 courses. My favourite bacon and cheese gratin that comes with lightly toasted bread. The servers will politely ask if you require more bread. At this point, say NO. More often than not, I'll order the oven roasted steak as my main course. It is a generous portion and the meat is very tender. Love it!

If you can still manage, the last course is dessert. I usually choose creme brulee.

The consistency in food and service is the reason for the high ratings on food review websites, and it shows.
