I have been eating Sergeant Kiang chicken rice for a few yrs already and it is easily one of the best chicken rice i have ever eaten. As Sergeant Kiang has been moving around, his latest location is at Jurong Point. I was so happy to see him again that i ordered half a steam chicken.
