We tried this while exploring the well known Holland Village XO fish head bee hoon. It has a nice red, conspicuous signboard. We tried the chicken served on the normal plates and also the one served on the hotplate. Needless to say, the later beats in fact all other dishes on the menu. It's sizzling when it arrives. The mistake is not to open the cover fast. We thought we were smart, as this could prevent some spluttering of oil onto our attire. However, it captured some condensation instead. Ot

Otherwise, I think it would be better. Nonetheless, it's very tasty and I would like to try it again.
