The braised egg was a bit overcooked as the outer layer of the egg yolk has already turn grey. The chili provided was well prepared, hot and spicy and mild sour taste, not watery and goes well with the side dishes. The kway is soft and smooth, well cooked. The gravy is also well seasoned, not too salty. Overall, a good kway chap stall offering kway chap at a reasonable price and is a must try.
