After having lunch at Bishan Junction 8, while walking around, happened to pass by Dong Dae Mun. Saw the BBQ pork stick and decided to get one stick to try. The BBQ pork was made up of the past where the meat is more as it has some layers of fat and lean meat together. A sauce was brushed onto the meat after it has been reheated. It was a bit salty and sweet and goes well with the pork. The pork itself was tender and very flavourable.
