Yum! This stall at the Food Trail at the Singapore Flyer is a master of the barbeque! The meat was so well marinated that they were delicious even before adding the lime and chili. The chicken has crispy skin and a sweet, smokey taste. The chili wasn't anything special, but the usual slightly sour and spicy stuff. One word of advice - make sure you have lots of tissues! My fingers were a mess from the oil of the chicken. I was here on a Sunday evening around 7pm and there was a solid 15 min
