Its been ages since I last come across delicious fish bee hoon soup which has evaporated milk added to it. Not all are nice, depending on the broth and had and also the skills of cooking.Saw quite a long Q at this particular stall today and ever since it open, i've never come across such long q, thus decided to give it a try.Smooth and tender fish slices which are nicely cooked, chewy bee hoon with sweet tasty broth! Hmm... Yummy! Shall try the clear broth on my next visit!
