This stall usually sold out before 1 pm or even earlier. If you want to taste their signature char siew made using the armpit part of the pig then you will have to come much earlier. The texture of this type of char siew is of the finest as compared to the normal char siew. They served it by chopping it into thicker slices. The texture of this type of char siew is of the finest as compared to the normal char siew. They served it by chopping it into thicker slices. I enjoy the nicely caramelised taste and the good balance of sweetness and saltiness. It came with 2 pieces of tasty wantons in the soup. The only pity got to be the alkaline taste detected in the noodle otherwise it will be a near perfect plate of wanton mee.
