Decided to buy a set of the mutton nasi biryani and the ayam chicken after a long queue was found queuing for this particular stall. The biryani rice was very colourful and look appealing, well cooked, light spices taste and has a soft texture. As for the mutton, it is quite different from the normal biryani stall as the mutton was not in cube size but with the bone. The mutton was well cooked, full of the aromatic spices, has a very soft and tender texture and the meat will eventually come off

The biryani rice was very colourful and look appealing, well cooked, light spices taste and has a soft texture. As for the mutton, it is quite different from the normal biryani stall as the mutton was not in cube size but with the bone. The mutton was well cooked, full of the aromatic spices, has a very soft and tender texture and the meat will eventually come off from the bone with a slight pull. Lastly, the ayam chicken is well seasoned and deep fried, has a nice light red colouring, seasoning not too salty and the meat is also has a tender texture.
