I went to Nanxiang for some Dim Sum. The deep fried prawn dumpling was one of the chef's recommendation selection in the restaurant. It costs $4.50 for 3 pieces. The prawn dumpling's crust is very thin and crispy. Its not too oily and has a nice flour taste. The prawn used is very fresh and meaty. It was very crunchy, sweet and juicy. Additionally, the prawn dumplings are relatively big in size which somewhat justifies the price along with its taste. I personally really liked the deep fried praw

The prawn dumpling's crust is very thin and crispy. Its not too oily and has a nice flour taste. The prawn used is very fresh and meaty. It was very crunchy, sweet and juicy. Additionally, the prawn dumplings are relatively big in size which somewhat justifies the price along with its taste.

I personally really liked the deep fried prawn dumplings. They are probably the best I've had in Singapore so far. Strongly recommended!
