I can’t control my eyes looking at the crispy puffs that selling at the 1A Crispy Puffs stall. Tried the one in Marina square before but it’s closed down already. They sell Durian puffs (My favorite!), curry puffs (with/without egg), chili crab puff, black pepper chick puff and many more. The price is varying from $1.20 to $1.60. I like the shape of the puff. I like the shape of the puff. I think the original curry puffs’ shape should look like this. I’ve made curry puff before in school. I know how hard to make the shape to look like this if using hand. There are reasons to make the layered skins for the puff, anyone knows?
