For a Japanese stall in an air-con foodcourt, the food is acceptable and pretty good for the price. For bento sets, there's salad to accompany and you could ask for (endless) mayonnaise whilst eating with the meat. At times, they'd have promotions and it'll be best to take the salmon teriaki (personal favorite) from others. However then the new Ichi Tei would be the best choice: restaurant with (more or less) the same price like Japanese stalls in most food courts/ kopitiam.
