I had the Rib eye pasta dish at a different Hot Tomato outlet before and previously, the steak was wonderfully tender and juicy. With the right ratio of marbling and meat, cooked to perfection (medium), and paired with pasta tossed in olive oil, it left a good impression. However, this dish at the 313 Somerset outlet was slightly tough. It may have been a tad bit overcooked but the seasoning was good. Love the BBQ sauce that came with it.
