Maxwell market food centre had closed for renovation for almost 3 months. When news of re-opening was reported, I took the opportunity to dine there since I had some errands to do around the area.When I was walking around to checkout for the stalls noticed this was a long queue. It was well grilled till golden brown and goes well with the sauce. I had thought that the bread given was to dip with the sauce, until I had to removed it for eating only then I found there's a cube of butter hidden underneath like a hidden treasure. Of course like other western it will come with fries and mixed vegetables.
