Have heard some pretty good reviews about this cafe style ci char place at far east and their signature dish of salted egg pork ribs. Ordered it with an fried egg and cost me $6 in total. I must say i'm impressed with this rice dish. First the pork ribs is more like pork chop so no worries about biting into hard bones with little meat. Each pork chop piece is well coated with salted egg sauce which is creamy yet not too salty. Its fragrance is also enhanced with the chilli padi and curry leaves

Its fragrance is also enhanced with the chilli padi and curry leaves that its cooked with. Anyway this is the kind of dish you know they deep fry the pork chop first then toss it with the specially made sauce so you feel its instantly cooked and not something that was mass cooked and stored. Thumbs up!
