Everytime i go to the top floor.. i ask myself.. who is Susan Chan? I feel as though she is like a warrior of awesome dishes. Ok to the main point.. i went there with some of my colleagues and was recommended this thing called the saled egg sauce fried chicken with rice... At first i was afraid.. i was petrified... as i did not want to try out much of this unusual stuff. But following my own instincts, i tried it anyways.
I was definitely not disappointed! They has some awesome stuff going on there. Forget the chicken first. The rice was fantastic! I mean you could taste the individual grain in its wholesome value!
Then comes the chicken and the sauce! It goes really well with the rice! I liked the slight tinge of sweet and salty!
Ambience: Very nice but busy!
Staff: Super friendly!
