There is something about being in a well appointed food court with lots of variety that entices one to order something even if one is not really hungry. Rasapura Masters at the Canal Level of MBS Shoppes exemplifies this type of posh & cushy food court. Although some of the stalls are already closed late Saturday night or should I say the wee hours of Sunday morning. Everything looked good at the HK Roasts Stall & it was a close call between the Roast Duck Noodles $7.80 and the BBQ Pork Noodles

Although some of the stalls are already closed late Saturday night or should I say the wee hours of Sunday morning. Everything looked good at the HK Roasts Stall & it was a close call between the Roast Duck Noodles $7.80 and the BBQ Pork Noodles $6.80. Decided on the latter& my order was ready in less than 5mins. Noodles were Q as they should be, BBQ Pork was nicely done & sliced thickly though my request for a leaner cut fell on deaf ears & the leafy greens were fresh & crunchy. The small bowl of wonton soup that came with my noodles was tasty too. I pinched a piece of Roast Duck from my supper-mate's noodles & it was well done & delicious too
