Char Siew noodle (dry) - The noodle mixed well with the black sauce. One thing about this version compared to the Singaporean version is the colour. While this uses dark sauce, noodle feels springy not overcooked. The Char Siew does not looks dry and I was given the slightly fatty portion. Yummy.Ipoh Hor Fun (soup) - This version has mince meat, anchovies and fishball added. When you mixed all together some how the taste blends with each other. Honey Lemon - After everything just washed down with the honey lemon to cool down. Can taste the honey while the lemon isn't to overly strong.
