Luckily though, the meat is tender on the inside and well fried on the outside where the exterior is well coated with the marinate which tastes a little like the marinate for sour spicy pork. The rice serving is a lot though and I ended up not finishing my rice. While the taste is alright, I will probably avoid getting this because of its slightly higher than market price.
