KNowing how my bf loves jap, we went there but of all things he tried a salmon ramen. I thought that was a very weird combo because usually ramen broth are cooked from either miso or pork but a salmon ramen?

Surprisingly, the broth actually taste of seafood! It really exceeded our expectations because it means they didnt just dump the salmon in a miso/pork broth that is also used to cook other ramen. Salmon was fresh and they didnt stinge on the quantity of the fish as well, although the noodles itself was a less in quantity than other ramen places. We'll definitely be back to try more!
