This is a very small restaurant at quite a hidden corner near the Giant side at B2 of vivocity. The restaurant doesnt have a menu and its all written on a kind of board on their wall. THey have quite an extensive menu--ramen, bento sets, sushi.. and the cool thing about this place is that they actually fly their ingredients from Japan! So its really fresh. Surprisingly, the broth actually taste of seafood! It really exceeded our expectations because it means they didnt just dump the salmon in a miso/pork broth that is also used to cook other ramen. Salmon was fresh and they didnt stinge on the quantity of the fish as well, although the noodles itself was a less in quantity than other ramen places. We'll definitely be back to try more!
