Happy Lemon has unique bubble tea flavour combinations that got me curious on buying a cup to try. What's special about this drink is the addition of brown sugar jelly. It's not a soft texture that you will get from your usual jelly; these jelly cubes are crisp which I believe it's due to the brown sugar. Additional sweet points for this drink!
