This shop sells Japanese breads which are light and soft. They are known for their wassant (small crossiant-shaped breads) and milk bread (soft sweet bread with a milky custard inside). I chanced upon this 'Milk Stick' and an curious how it taste like with is looking so pale white as compared to the usual bread that are more browned. This milk stick has a more floury taste and is not as sweet as the usual browned breads. The texture of it is in between chewy and soft. The milk cream in the middle is smooth and sweet which complement the rather tasteless bread. More of the cream will make the bread taste even better.
I am glad to try it as it is quite a special bread that is very different from our conventional type.
