Looking around all the food stalls near where I was sitting, I decided to have minced meat noodles so I went and ordered from this stall when my friend is back with her food order. The queue is short with only 1 customer in front of me so I made my order very quickly. The queue is short with only 1 customer in front of me so I made my order very quickly. The minced meat noodles $4 comes with some braised sliced mushrooms, minced pork meat, sliced meat, some fried dumpling skin and soup. The fried dumpling skin is not crispy, I think it must have been fried for a long time, so I did not finish it after taking one bite. The braised mushrooms are very flavourful and biting into it gives a burst of braised gravy in your mouth. The noodles are tangy and very tasty with the vinegar, chili and some of the braised sauce. I enjoyed its chili a lot as it is quite spicy. The minced meat given is quite a lot as well and it has a good mix of both fat and lean meat. Overall, it is a thumbs up for me.
