Acacia is a hidden find, tucked away in Bishan Park. It is alongside with The Green Room and Canopy. Acacia serves fusion, western, Singaporean and other sorts of cuisines. My boyfriend and I dined in here on a Friday night.I ordered seafood spaghetti in spicy tomato sauce whilst he had a sirloin steak. The seafood pasta was delicious, generous amount of seafood: prawns, cuttlefish, mussels, scallops. I also asked for more tomato gravy as it was nicer that way. The spaghetti was cooked just nice

I ordered seafood spaghetti in spicy tomato sauce whilst he had a sirloin steak. The seafood pasta was delicious, generous amount of seafood: prawns, cuttlefish, mussels, scallops. I also asked for more tomato gravy as it was nicer that way. The spaghetti was cooked just nice too, not too mushy nor undercooked, it was perfect and easy to swirl.. yummy. The steak, on the other hand, wasn't too fantastic. It was sirloin steak but it was grilled apparently, as my boyfriend and I, we sometimes stay-in and cook at home ourselves, so we could tell the difference. The steak was pan-fried to medium well, slightly above from what we had requested- medium.

Apart from the food standard, the service was good. Sadly, there was only a humble and polite China lady who was attending to everything, serving, taking orders, cleaning up... in other words, only one waitress. Maybe Acacia could something about this.
