Ordered a plate of 3 different types of meat which consists of the roasted pork, duck and char siew. I’m quite amazed with the roasted pork due to crispy skin and the very nice golden brown colour. Not only that, the texture is also very soft and tender and is not very oily. Next the roasted duck is well cooked, the skin is quite fragrance and goes well with the plum sauce.
