Just some fresh huge prawns did a wonderful highlight to the Kway Teow, upgrade to luxury status. The secret of the dish was fried Kway Teow in high heat until slightly burnt before the pouring of gravy, the whole process must quick and done in right balance. Drenched in egg soppy broth at the very last minute, I prefer this wetter version. $5.00 for my lunch, it was a rational price and I am extremely willing to pay.
