Long queues were seen the first few days after the opening of Ramen Kagetsu Arashi at Tampines 1. I waited for the hype to die down before making a trip down! We also ordered a set of Gyozas to share. When it first arrived, I was a little shock by the colour. I guess they pan-fried it a little too long and hence it was black at some parts. Anyway, the gyoza is crispy while the inside is chewy!
