Long queues were seen the first few days after the opening of Ramen Kagetsu Arashi at Tampines 1. I waited for the hype to die down before making a trip down! Their menu is not extensive and we ordered their signature Arashi Genkotsu Ramen, which uses tonkotsu broth. The broth is simmered for hours with pork marrow, body, fat, collagen and garlic.
