Followed my aunt to have our lunch at Bukit Batok area, we came famous Sin Huat Lee Restaurant. The coffee shop looked spacious, newly clean and comfortable. Finding for my soupy lunch, thus I decided on Handmade Noodle.  Using minced pork, cabbages, veggies, anchovies and egg as its ingredients, the portion appeared huge and filling. You Mian remained chewy, luckily the texture was not too mushy to bite. Soup was straightforward and simple, I can say it was thickly savoury. Pepper was added on top, it tasted hearty with peppery spiciness. My lunch was $3.00, reasonably acceptable pricing.
