Delicious Teochew legend of flat rice sheets in a soup made with dark soy sauce, the soup was just nice to handle the overall. It was served along with pork parts which included small intestines, stomach, as well as braised beancurd, preserved salted vegetables, and braised hard-boiled eggs. Texture was tender while the juicy ingredients were not too salty but tasty. Normal set as above costed $3.80, portion was rather enough. I will make my visit again for the rice.
