Tucked in a quiet corner of IMM, the customer service was quick and friendly! They quickly took my order and within 5 minutes, I has received my food! The food was presented well and the salmon sashimi looked and tasted fresh. The tempura didn't come with any tempura sauce which was a little upsetting and the udon was pretty tasty though I suspect it was mainly MSG as I felt quite thirsty after that. I came back twice after this meal, and I ordered the same bento each time! Each time I ordered, the quality and freshness was the same which goes to show, that they have a uniform standard which is good to know, since there are so many different ingredients and dishes in each bento set!
Do note, that the seating area in Tsuru-Koshi Udon are in booths of 4, so you are visiting in a large party, be prepared to be split up!
