We had a whole chiffon pandan round-ring cake to be shared between us colleagues. I had a slice of the pastel green, moist and spongy cake and it was really good. I like how it was a great snack that melted in my mouth and that it wasn't too sweet either. I could eat it with my bare hands and easily wipe the little leftover oil stain off my fingers with tissue. It wasn't overdosed with vegetable oil so much that I had to scrub with soap.
