I know this restaurant when I googled 'the best lobster in Singapore', and after I took away the Chinese restaurants, it's this one. It's not easy to find another restaurant of similar which could prepare grill lobsters as they do, keeping the lobsters still moist and tender, I.e. Not overlooked. The lobsters they picked are always very meaty.This time I tried its lobster rolls, and it's even better! Packed with brioche with its sweet taste matched nicely with the lobster meats with mayonna
This time I tried its lobster rolls, and it's even better! Packed with brioche with its sweet taste matched nicely with the lobster meats with mayonnaise, and they chose mainly the meat in the claws which are more tender and juicy.
The mix of meat and bread is just right, not excessive meat which would fall from the brioche.
Also don't forget to tip the staff for their great service. They don't charge 10% service fee.
