I bought a soft shell crab hand roll from Niwa Sushi. It's a kiosk on its own but the free seating tables and chairs at the food basement just a few steps away make it really convenient and mall-friendly.The soft shell hand crab roll was pretty good, the Japanese rice grains were moist. The fried soft shell crab tasted fresh and not overly soaked in oil. Wasabi and Japanese soya sauce made it even better.
