The Boneless Chicken Thigh (SGD$16.00) was served with smashed sweet potatoes, sautéed haricot verts, and jus. The huge chicken thigh was Cajun-marinated; its tender, moistened flesh basking in the exotic smoky hints of the flavour.

The Lemon-Butter Seafood Pasta (SGD$15.00) – made up of spaghetti in lemon-butter sauce, chives, lime leaf, white fish, squids and prawns. Springy strands of long, slim pastas tangled themselves around fresh, springy prawns and squids as well as luscious flaky white fish. Lemon-butter was refreshing – not too thick or greasy at all, but a gently zest was emanated. It was quite a lovely pasta dish.
