From the decor and management, even though I am NOT a buffet person, but seeing it looks like a decent Japanese restaurant, I gave it a try.  We tried the family package with 2 adults 1 child.
I would say nothing special, though it is not bad, but definitely not good.
Salad - ok.
Summer special - to be honest I didn't try any as it did not look attractive.
Seafood - unlimited supply of crab leg - this is the main attraction, every table just grabbed whole lots of them.  It is not good in quality, but I suspect this is the item with the best value for your price.
Paper hot pot - the choice is limited, one good choice is to add the beef.
The other foods are so-so - curry, tempura (only shrimp), cold noodle.
In conclusion - come here only for the crab leg.

Kuishin Bo returns back to its nesting ground, Suntec City. Now situated in the new North Wing of Suntec City, they brings you a brand new interior and deco with more lively colours yet cosy and welcoming setting. There's even a Kids Haven corner, only exclusive to Suntec City outlet.

The buffet spread consist of 100 over timeless favourites across 7 sections: Salad and Appetisers, Sushi, Sashimi, Seafood, Teppanyaki, Paper Hot Pot, Fried Food, Soups and Desserts.
Besides their regular buffet range, Kuishin Bo is introducing quarterly thematic food fairs featuring gourmet highlights from various regions in Japan, where you will be able to feast in over 20 seasonal items. From 6 July - 27 September 2015, you can savour items from Kyushu and Okinawa.

I would recommend going for dinner instead, so you'll get to enjoy free flow of snow crabs, and not forgetting the iconic ‘dong dong dong’ bell which indicate the hourly specials with limited quantities.
