I had bought a Mango Mousse Cake from Jack's Place bakery counter to celebrate Christmas. I know I should have bought a log cake but I did not order in advance and it was all soldout. This Mango Mousse Cake cost $42 for 1kg size. The Mango Mousse Cake tasted very good. The cake was fresh, moist and fluffy. The mousse testure was similar to the cake texture, I was not able to differentiate between the sponge cake or the mousse.
