i was chatting with the couple that shared the same table with me. They recommended the satay from this particular stall and kept asking me to try it. This is a chinese satay stall just like the other one over at Clementi. The chicken satay is indeed juicy, chunky and nicely flavored. Other than chicken, they do have pork and mutton too. The chicken satay is indeed juicy, chunky and nicely flavored. Other than chicken, they do have pork and mutton too. And, the gravy is pretty good, the peanuts finely grounded but you can still clearly taste the bitsy bits of peanuts in it. The gravy is rather smooth with a nice consistency, not too think nor thin. The choice of leaner cuts of meat are a much healthier choice. It was well marinated to give it a slightly sweet yet savory flavor.
It was indeed a good recommendation. I enjoyed it pretty much.
