This is my first time coming across a steamed dishes stall in a hawker centre, so I decided to just order one of the dishes to try. As my hubby loves pork ribs, I decided to get the black soya sauce pork ribs dish. The food was served quite promptly and it smelt very nice as the stall helper placed it down on our table. As my hubby loves pork ribs, I decided to get the black soya sauce pork ribs dish. The food was served quite promptly and it smelt very nice as the stall helper placed it down on our table. The pork ribs was quite tender and was adequately seasoned. The meat is also tender and it is not difficult for the both of us to polish off the entire dish of pork ribs. The only thing that is not too good is that there is really more bones than meat, but otherwise, it is a good experience ordering from this stall and I will be back for more.
