Bi bim bappppp. Another bibimbap i know but i just love it so much! The bibimbap here is delicious! The stonebowl was so hot i almost scald myself. Silly me. So if you ever eat there, remember to let it cool down for awhile. But the bibimbap there is really nice and tasty. The burnt rice is super delicious as well. They use authentic korean rice so every grain is fat and filling. A must try!

Signature Dishes
I enjoyed Korean food especially Bibimpap, the one I had is at Westmall foodcourt. They cook in claypot & when they serve, the rice was very hot. Usually when I ate at other Korean outlet, they fry the egg but in the claypot, they serve raw, so.. when I mix all together, the egg get cooked instead. The kimchi quite ok & so was the soup. This soup is quite simple & for those, who like to lose their weight, can actually make it at home. Its a mixture of shredded cabbage & carrot.I'm going to share but mine is more to fusion:-Ingredients:-$1 cabbage (shredded)1 pc carrot (shredded)50cts dried shrimp (soak & blend)1 whole onion (blend)5 clove of garlic (blend)1 tsp ground black pepper (depend on the taste of individual)few pcs of seaweed1 egg (whisk)salt to taste3 bowl of water & also depend on individualMethods:-Pour water in a pot, add the blended paste on medium heat, once boil... add in carrot, pepper, salt to taste.Once carrot are half-cooked, add cabbage, boil for another 10mins, lastly add the egg & stir continuously. Off the heat & add the seaweed. This soup is great. Can be eaten with any food or by its own.
